I'm waiting on the levers at the bottom of this page (http://www.tektro.com/02products/09rx41.php) to turn up. I thought they were a bit easier on the eye than the Cane Creek equivalent.
I don't know if they'll fit, I don't know if they'll work, I don't even know if they'll ever arrive - purchased on the German version of eBay, you see. But for thirteen quid it seemed worth taking the risk.
Maybe you could let me know how you get on with the Cane Creeks...
