Need to buy decent cheap....

1) tyres, 700c for london, ie puncture proof (or as near as possible...)
2) complete bike tool kit (i know this isnt' a great way to get tools, but my tool kit has accidentally ended up abroad with my parents and is effectively not recoverable)

does anyone have any suggestions? wiggle seem to have everything discounted at the moment, but i don't want to waste money when i could've got something better.

i been using hardcases. i used to use gatorz, but the hardcase is cheaper. i also like the way it rides. before that i used armadillos. they upset me.

You get a toolkit when you subscribe to Cycling.

1: Armadillo on the back, Gatorskin on the front.
2: Campy Toolkit Quick! Only a couple of hours left!

I would go for Vittoria Rubino ones - cheap, strong enough and nice choice of colours.

I got some from Ebay - DH Cycles was the name of the seller, I think. £15+£4 P&P.
All the sizes and colours.
