B.B and arms cranks

Hi,
Iam building up my oun bike but the last step is the hardest: choose the right B.B (knowing isn't a track frame but a road converted). I am really geting lost whit the measures and the massive panel of choices.
If somebody could help me a bit a would be very luky (after those various last failures..). I realised it wasn't so easy and now I really need some help (I realised that the shop seller don't like giving it as well).
It's for why a started this old topic again.

i lost interest after B.B. 2, to be honest. all that nasty nick business..

Get an adjustable BB, then you can dial the chainline in just right, no matter what your frame or cranks...

Charliethbikemonger does a good one on eBay for JIS square taper cranks, or use the Miche Primato BB if you have Miche or Campag cranks with an ISO square taper.
