  • I'll add my tuppence worth to this one

You're getting rave reviews for the design, construction and customer service for your bags -

companies crave this kind of unsolicitited endorsement and more importantly you are building up a fair bit of 'brand equity' at a very early stage of your business - crackin result, and from the feedback you've had, well deserved.

    However...

A bit like calling your child 'fiesta savannah' because it seems cute when they;re little, when they grow up and get to school they will have seven shades of piss taken out of them.

For me MENSTRUAL CYCLES - THEY'RE BLEEDIN' GOOD is peurile - you may say 'so what - if you don't like it i don't care' but you are trying to sell products that you believe in and seem to be really proud of.

Why disenfranchise a whole section of buyers?

If I bought one of your bags [sorely tempted] I'd have the logo off in a minute because I do find it a bit '14 year old sniggering lads' and would be reticent in saying 'yeah - great bag, got it from menstrual cycles' - if you make t shirts/stickers/badges to promote the company as you grow then quite a few of your potential walking billboards could also be lost

With it being early doors in establishing your brand in the marketplace it's worth having a bit of a linger over -

If you stick with it and really believe in it, then cool. Just wanted to give you a different reaction and perspective.
