I got mine from a hardwear store near my fokes, they are this style
leather in bits with some stretcy materical in others. Mine have some neopream in them so they are good even when wet. My hands only really got cold after and hour or so when very wet and cold conditions, like when we had snow and i was throwing it alot then had to cycle home.
