htay because my bike is the cheapest piece of ammaco crap ever. literally, ever.
The brake locked completely randomly. having picked myself up it was just jammed, dead against the wheel. It was so irritating having to carry the bike home to fix it.
New brake now.
And selling the bike.

You should ask for your money back - regardless of the age of the bike !!
