Yeah, he was just foolish. There are times when you need a brake, especially downhills because your stopping distance is increased a lot. That's probably why most brakeless riders live east - flat like pancake.
Anyways, i better sell my cigarettes - who wants some? English marlboros ...£3.00 per packet (what a bargain).
