Fuji track is super cheap now.. there's a thread on here about an online dealer with very cheap prices. Might not have your size though as stock was low I think.
Nothing wrong with alu, nothing wrong with compact geometry.. although the purists on here will complain about it :)
Dunno about the Filmore.. price? I don't like the Kona but that's personal based on riding past one once. There's loads of people with off the shelf machines here - do a quick search for off the shelf, off the peg, langster etc..
