Sounds cool. I think it would end up looking iridescent rather than white (reflected v transmitted light and all that) but still cool.

actually...i think you'd have to be going fucking quick to achieve that effect.
it's easy to do on small wheels that you spin with your finger because it's spinning a lot faster.
By the way, perfect addition to those rims - hokey spokes!!
you'll be, like, the most nu-ravest kid on the block.
