  • Though I think Vanilla bikes are beautiful, I think they are a bit too beautiful. They make too much of a statement (Look at me look at me). I like a subtle beauty hence my choice of having a Yamaguchi.

  • fixed gear riding will be dead in 4 years..... then what'll ya do with the frame
    part exchange it for a jet pack ??

    about half way up the thread Stef .. and his frames are top of the wish list for this Italophile "wannabe" bike rider ! As Richard Sachs is quoted as saying "...what more can i say except that he (Pegoretti) has forgotten more than any of us (pretenders) here will ever know!"

  • Does anyone know which framebuilders carry 953? It seems at least Mercian is not able to get the tubing.

  • Chas Roberts uses it but apparently chainstays were splitting lengthwise so he's not too happy with it. Says he'll make you something from it if you want though :)

    Mercian uses 725 seat and chainstays.

    He seems very new. No idea if the bikes are good, of course, but I think the examples he has up there look great.
