when i worked in apex cycles last year, (when everyone started using black spokes) we started to get loads of wheels with broken black spokes coming to the shop to be replaced, there all made in china rather cheaply, compared to the stainless ones which although still made in china are a lot stronger. id suggest just getting stainless because they really are a lot better structurally. but if you still want the black ones why not ask at apex cycles, its just up the road from brixton cycles.

cyclebasket.com have ACI stainless double-B'd black spokes. No 274 though I'm afraid...
Slight thread hijack whilst we're on the subject - if I was after black hubs, what should I get? Feeling a white deep Vs and black hub/spokes moment coming on...
[edit] wow velomax spokes are pricey... here's where I got my ACI spokes from

I realise you might not be the type (my crap spray paint idea didn't go down too well) - but home anodizing is not too difficult, buy a bunch of unpainted spokes and anodize them with some black organic dye (Dylon clothes dye works well).
Just a thought if the black spoke drought goes on.

270mm in Black You might be able to make up the difference with long nipples.
I remember having all sorts of trouble getting funny-length black spokes to lace a Phil to an deep-V ambrosio rim. Oddly, it was Evans who were able to come through with the goods.

Can you really do that on stainless steel? Thought that was just alloy

How would one go about that process?
Have you seen those Yellow spokes that some BMXers have. They look kinda cool (on BMX's).

I was planning on powdercoating a set of Stainless DTs, black spokes are weaker by design I believe, my LBS certainly sees more broken ones. I think the black is an oxide layer, done by heating the spoke to cherry red and dropping it in oil to get the black surface coating, not very good for the metal iirc. I need to get a nice fat piece of steel box section and drill about 36 holes in the top and tap them to M2 for holding the spokes to powder coat them, and I'm lazy so it never got done hence I'm on silver spokes still.
