I thought this was going to be a thread about running out of breath. Damn, not another respray question! :P
Best way is to pay someone £50-60 to paint it for you. Second best is your friendly spray can. (Actually there's loads of options but I really just wanted to laugh at the thread title).

"what is sex face?"
it's like a 'race-face' but with a bit more elation and the desire for it to last forever not end asap -

True !!
Sand paper to sand the frame down + a couple of cans of grey primer + a few (4 or 5) cans of your chosen colour + a two or three cans of clear coat can cost you £30 - £40.
I would take it to VAZ and get him to do it.

I needed a big can of primer and 4 cams of yellow hammerite. i didn't clearcoat it because that was already a good £35 on paint and many, many hours of work. so now its chipped to fuck.
if i did it again, i'd strip the frame myself but take it to the place up the road from me who would powdercoat it for about £50ish :s

I live 60 miles out of london, so there's no point me telling you where I'd get my frame powedercoated :D
If you want it cheap though, I'd go somewhere that dont advertise to do bikes. Make sure you get them to mask everything off properly, but this company charged us £60 to sandblast and powder a double bed, so a bike is gonna be £50 or less.

If you do want to do it yourself, here's a handy guide

Phone up local powdercoaters and ask about coating a frame, if you can pay cash and wait until they are doing something the same colour (so they already have the powder in the gun) then you should be able to get a good deal. I have found somewhere in portsmouth (fareham) that would do me a clean prepped frame for £30, £25 if I supplied my own powder (I have a friend who powdercoats but his oven will only fit something upto BMX frame size). That was for a saturday morning, I assume while the boss is out and cash in the back pocket job.
