Your bike shop should be able to sort you out with the cog. langster comes with 48x18 gearing i believe which is reasonable, not sure about the tricross. If you go much above 48x18 you'll just be spinning and getting nowhere, hills or not! The current langster model for the UK isnt exactly a great looking bike what with all the silly decals, if thats an issue with you that is.
