Yea, and?

See, that's the trouble with google. It records and keeps everything. Gmail users, yes, it keeps your emails and scans them for it's own uses.
Evil!!!

trampsparadise Yea, and?
Nothing at all, I was just making an observation about how Google records the browser as part of the search.

(but so easy)I'm pleased it keeps my email. I'd be rather annoyed if it didnt.
And to be honest, while I used to be bothered about the privacy aspect, I'd rather see text ads for relevent stuff than banner ads or adverts for credit cards I dont need :D

What ads? Gmail has ads? If it does, I'd rather see them than have Outlook kill my contacts, email everyone I know a virus and then die a horrible death.
(Yes, I know, linux and mac don't suffer this problem.. they also don't exist in my MS software developer world so shuddup!) -

That's a shame.... you wanna get over to the world of Cocoa.... and OS X..... Imagine how much easier your life would be! Everything would just work..... In fact, forget the platform and get doing some RubyOnRails.

You can switch the ads off in Gmail.
And Gmail can read my email if it wants, it's not very easily personally identifiable. Actually I guess it is. Fun times.

Why would I want that? Then I don't get paid to fix stupid problems introduced by the OS and .NET framework. Besides I don't do Macs any more.. or linux for that matter. Can't be arsed.
Hey All, I got this from the TowerHamlet Wheelers:
Hello, hello, hello is there anybody out there? Desperately seeking
help from the membership for the Spitalfields Green fair on Sunday at
Allen Gardens. Setup from 11:00 am, event closes at 5:00 pm. If you
can help, even if only for an hour at the start this would be most
helpful.
If suffient numbers do not come forward by 5:00 pm tomorrow then I'll
have to cancel.
Regards
