it only looks cool to other people who think it looks cool, a bit like wearing a Status Quo tee shirt, other Quo fans think you're the man...but people who know music think you look like a dick...and most people don't care / notice.
I think Aerospokes are ugly...whether they're cool in NYC doesn't interest me at all.
