  • Something I learned from my running days - CV exercise is a good cure for a hangover. Just keep drinking loads of water while working out.

    The bad news is that you are going to feel really bad, the good news is that it pumps through your system a lot faster. So rather than feeling grotty for most of saturday, you just get all the pain compressed into an hour or so, and then you feel mighty fine for the rest of the day.
