Have you built the Phils/CXP 33's yet?
I'd hold off getting anything else until you've ridden those.
I have some 5 sets of wheels, and that combination with that spoke pattern I have is the best wheelset of the lot and I would have no hesitation rolling serious distance on them.
If you really want forgiving and light weight you could always drop the money for Mavic Ellipse, they're still 2KG though.
