That quite fast!
Euston to Plumbstead, best time (that I have atually timed) about about 44 min and High Holborn to Plumstead best time about 36 min (late at night though).
Both felt fast but still not averaging very fast, I started timng from my office is my excuse:). The 44 min was using the foot tunnel (another excusse).
