wayne_f14 0.2 is slight, but it's enough to make a difference but not enough to chuck a shim into
Use some cleanly cut larger can for shim material (with nice sanded edges so you don't cut yourself).
Expensive larger uses slightly thicker can walls, cheap/supermarket own brand stuff uses thinner material.
Never had a problem doing it this way, I normally give the post and shim a thin wipe of assembly paste and mark the post to see if it slips over a few weeks, so far I have never had a post slip.
Indeed on my last build (the Single Speed Shopper of Death™) I couldn't find the right seat post, so the one I did find ended up with two wraps of Stella™ as a shim (see middle right picture below - you can see the bar code off the Stella can)
