dt is the DA set still available - i could be interested
Yes they are and I realised that I can add some tubs in too as I won;t need them once I get rid of the wheels.
[cite]Offwhite:[/cite]Cheers, got a bit confused. Sealed or unsealed hubs?
As Provenrad said they're loose ball bearings (i.e. cup and cone) so they're not sealed as such. However, the dustcaps (just inside the lockring threads) do a good job of shielding the bearings from the worst grime. The hubs also have a grease hole in the middle so you can pump fresh grease in and that reduces the necessity for overhauls by a lot.
[cite]unxetas:[/cite]hmmm.. tough one! I'd love those rims, but I think the hubs are a bit too much.. I think I'll have to pass, reluctantly..
No worries dude
provenrad Momentum are those D-A cranks for sale? :-)
Went to Trampsparadise quite a while ago - they were a lovely bit of 151bcd goodness! Collection is dwindling cos I realised that I have five track wheelsets and only two track bikes. They;ve already been in the attic for a while so I'd rather they got some use. Plus I can use the money on coke and hookers.
