If you want mudguards on the bike then I'd suggest getting forward facing horizontal dropouts rather than trackends as it will make packing the bike and fixing punctures much easier. I'd also space the rear end at 130 so that you can put gears on it too (it is meant to be an allrounder, right?). I'd also get it powdercoated, rather than painted, so that it looks good for longer than the first trip abroad.
