Those wheels will not work with a fixed sprocket. A fixed sprocket screws onto a thread on a hub and is secured in place by a lockring. There are also freewheel type hubs (not a freehub like those wheels) which you again cannot really use with a fixed sprocket; it's possible but is considered dangerous as you have to use a BB lockring instead which has the same direction thread.
What you want is a fixed hub, there a a fair few to choose from, type 'fixed wheel' onto ebay and you should get some good results, however there are also fixed online shops, with a lot of people who run the online shops also residing on this forum. You could get an alright new wheelset for £120.
I recenly bought a set of cranks from http://www.freshtripe.co.uk who you can pay on PayPal with, really quick turnaround, and really helpful (the guy is also on this forum too), theres some wheelsets on there.

Or if you want to build one up from scratch, there are plenty of really cheap fixed hubs for about £10 on the net, just Google something like 'fixed hub buy uk'.
