I just had a look at the website and I'm reeeeally disappointed! I thought central london would be closed to traffic but turns out it's only the embankment route, really.. What the fuck? Are cyclists going to get confident to keep cycling in London by only pedalling around the only roads they'll be avoiding in the future?

When they did this in Portugal (it's been done a few times, same with much of Europe I'm sure) they closed off a big section of the city to private traffic. It was great!
