Oh fuck, I'm 34, and only bought my first pair of jeans last year (having worn a pair of cast-offs from a mate that he gave me in the mid 90s). In my defence, I don't wear them with a shirt tucked in, or with pointy leather shoes.
I prefer shorts or 3/4s though, and have usually been the last person braving them as the cold weather encroaches since I was at primary school.
(I could've said "since I was in short trousers", but it doesn't really work in this context)
But whatever I wear, it usually has to last forever cos I'm skintoid working class scum, init. I just had to give my leather belt (purchased in 1986) a fitting send off, as it finally snapped :(
