Are there any maker's mark on the frame? Cougar loved to have their logo everywhere!
I'd put a nice quill stem on instead of that A-head adaptor thingy. Other than that, it's such a nice score! I notice the seller described the parts wrong, such as 'stronglight' crankset instead of Campy... Nice one.
