BRM666 I think the Halfords/Evans type place offer to do all of the paperwork, which is why companies use them exclusively.

Has anyone actually pitched the idea to a boss or their company? How did you go about it?

I tried. It didn't work well. We've just been bought and so they pretty much said "sounds like a great idea but we'll have to have a look at next year". Also about half of the employees live over 50 miles away so there wouldn't be a huge number of people signing up here but maybe at the other sites there would be.
