I'm not too sure, what sort of bars are u thinking of having? if you have risers, you can get a way with a slightly higher seat-tube. It also depends on how steep the downwards slope is. I rode one recently with a relatively slight, but noticeable sloping downtube, it had risers and it was very comfortable. It was, however about a 54-55cm and I take 57cm seat 55 top. So maybe that helps you out.
I really want to get one! Let me know where u source on from. There are a few in Brick Lane Bikes..... been there for a while. The one I mentioned sold very quickly! It was a no-named frame sprayed and decalled as Bianchi!
