Well, I got as far has lacing (radial - easy) and truing a front wheel and then I noticed a big split in my supposedly NOS GEL 280, in the tyre bed, if I can call it that. Luckily, the rim has a sibling I can use instead, so I'm thinking it would be useful to get a truing stand. I don't really fancy paying for a new one - does anyone know of a 2nd hand stand for sale? Nothing on gumtree or the bay - I just looked.
