• #4

-
• #5
ooh yes perlease
-
• #6
That would be dope, little buttons pls.
One thing though - I love that design, it is so simple and sweet but one thing has always bothered me - no cranks.
slamm, could you please put in a little spur (think W'loo and city) to see what it would look like?
Or you could tell me to get lost, as I myself have no flair for design such as yourself.

• #7
Yes, but the little buttons, not the big badge.
-
• #8
That's an absolutely inspired design.

leeww Ok ,who is up for some Lfgss badges, I don't mind getting them pressed up (possibly for free) - based around slamm's very adaptable tube/cycle design ?

aidan yeah i think a simple cog design would be cool...
[caution anti-cog design tirade approaching]
A cog design (which conveniently sits neatly in a circle - yawn!!) would be like so many other bike/cycle logos, it is so prosaic. I think if you were to ask a class of 16 year old art students to design a logo for a bike shop 80% of them would present you with a cog design.
What are Shimano using for their Shimano authorized dealer logo ? - it s cog ! and Chain reaction cycles, what might they be using as a logo ? - its a cog ! and the Edinburghbicycle logo ? - why, its a cog ! and Simonsbikeshop - yes, it's a cog ! and Cyclesurgery, what might they be using as a logo ? - no way ! it's a cog ! and what are bikemagic using as a logo, oh wow (zzzzzZZZZ) it's a cog.
etc etc etc etc etc zzzzZZZZZzzZZZZZ. . . . .
. . . but the cycle/tube map is just so damn iconic !!
You have genuinely been gifted a great logo (my personal view is that it is literally world class!) by Slamm and I can't believe people are saying "hey, let's have cog !" zzzzZZZzzzZZZZzzzzz z z z .. .

joe_b patches?
Patches would be great, but are very expensive, I tried to get some made up years ago and the set up costs were prohibitive, in comparison the cost of knocking up a few hundred badges is trivial.
