Earlier this year I saw a messenger pulled over at Bank junction. He'd literaly rolled 6 inches over the white line and a CSO told him to come to the roadside while he wrote the ticket.
The messenger just said "thats B.S., I'm not taking a ticket for that - and you're just a CSO, you're not a proper copper" the CSO just kept beckoning, so the messenger stopped and pointed at the bus which was occupying 3/4 of the ASL and said "I'll take a ticket as soon as you've written a ticket for that bus" in the end the CSO just let him go!
