I (heart) my Shimano brake's QR lever.

Campy (nor the Mavic it seems) brakes don't have quick-release mechs on the brakes. Campy build the release mechanism into the hoods, which makes it harder to run a mixed system.

I know, but I have old Campy levers (until I change them as well) that don't have a QR so I'd like a QR on the calipers.

Personal choices. TBH I ride more safely without a brake as I pay a lot more attention due to the more-probable-death-scenarios.

I've decided to throw a sh1tload of cash at the Soma and swap out the bits I hate for nicer, black parts. Fsck it.. I never buy nice parts.. why not?

Those don't look very bling hippy compared to others on 'ere. I love the skeleton brakes myself.

£30 versus £100+ for the Skeletons and I refuse to buy Campag anyway. I wanted a QR on the brake so that cut my options.

The only reason I've not fucked those stupid Camfag levers off is they are taped over and I'm not about to rip off perfect bar tape to replace them.
