Replacement Langster bottom bracket?

As some of you might have heard me moaning about on Monday, I think it's time for a new BB.
The spec for what I need is: "TH BB-7420 cartridge, square taper, 68mm shell, 103mm spindle".
I don't want a stock replacement cos I'm likely to ruin that too, but I've not managed to find much on t'web.
So has anyone got any suggestions for a) slightly better alternatives and b) where I might find them?

were from? looking to get one but not having much joy. I'm only replacing the current one before I sell it...can't see anyone taking my old langster off my hands when it's creaking and crunching like it is.

Fairly sure Miche will do too, same price as Sugino from Brixton Cycles.

Must have gone up, but this is what I ended up buying.

italian solutions are showing the Sugino 103. £20 same as outspoken.

I've got a British threaded Miche Primato 105mm, used. £5.
