its about 1-1.5mm off centre. Which is enough to tighten and loosen the chain enough for it to be a bit dodgy on the road

nah, the outer dia of the teeth is fine, its just that the hole is off centre :(
dunno, dangle it off some leather and turn it into a necklace for the missus? errrr, a silver 19t paperweight?

I've been experimenting with different gear ratios recently to try and get a slightly lower ratio with my 48t ring. I bought a cheap 19t sprocket from someone off ebay, left pos feedback as it looked ok, fitted it and it turns out that its, and I think the correct engineering term is, it's pissed. ie the "hole in the middle is off centre. this was confirmed when I took it off and got a ruler up against it. Also, the old 18t sprocket is fine.
What can you do with a pissed 19t sprocket?
