The MA3 would be fine, but I'd actually use an Open Sport (newer version of the MA3). I'd be sorely tempted by the CXP-33 esp if you ride a long way to HH and back but for track racing the open sport is a little lighter.
But don't resuse the spokes (esp if they're from a damaged wheel). New spokes are about a tenner and you'll have a solid wheel that should last as the tension is probably going to be better.
