That'll be Andy, the Fixed Gear London guy's Nagasawa, saw it again the other day when I was checkin' EVERY bike shop in London for a rear 36h low flange hub... Nearly creamed myself when I first saw that thing at the bike shop near Southwark tube, he was rockin' the full NJS back then... Chopped risers now, right?
