It is a bit blah... He says it's a decal, Keith Hufnagel's skate/sneaker store in SF put the pattern on a bunch of Nike collabs and apparel last year to commemorate the centenary of the big SF quake... Lotsa hype on that one to be sure... They do some cool stuff tho'...
