I'll send you the font I used as the base, you have to add a few bits and bobs and tweak the fish tails a bit but if you're ok with illustrator then no probs.
The Mercian Logotype is a hand drawn version of a tuscan style woodcut and isn't in me sourcebooks but a morning spent flicking thro old type catalogues is never wasted [reminded me that i must do a screenprint with this soon] blingin' font
