Smeear: Unfortunately it isn't residential, if it was at that price I would be living there.
photoben: I don't think it would be suitable for a photo studio. The space would be good for a painter (small scale), sculptor, jeweller, furniture, perhaps even a student who doesn't like the small cramp conditions that you get at uni in London.
