I'm sure Smeear can sort you out.
But its always nice to have options and here are two more - Smeear can use them as market research :)
Walz make decent caps. Free postage if you just order a few. They claim to fit up to size 24" heads (approx 61cm), so may be a little tight, but decent handmade in the US hats.
http://www.walzcaps.com/caps_wool.htmlAnd this guy Chuey makes really nice custom hats too, maybe worth dropping a line:

Oooh, you're bringing your hip bags? I would love one as soon as possible for a friend. She really needs something and we're on the Zugster waiting list for some crazy custom thing in a pattern that will match her wellies, so something to get us through the next 6 months would be wonderful.
When are you guys starting with selling these? And how quick can I get one?

well we are going to bring the prototypes to the bridges ride, so everyone can look then. We have not finalised designs completely yet but have a look and let us know what you think.

Wicked, thanks all. Smeear your hats are fine indeed. I'll get out the tape measure. If Linton tweeds have always done chanel their stuff is beautiful- my friend got herself a skirt suit made out of some chanel tweed and it looked stunnning, if a bit headteacher-y (tho if that does it for you...)
