Check out the leather bar wrap that you sew on from freshtripe. Not sure if it will hold it's colour longer but could be worth a butchers.

Brown & Chrome...
Sounds a bit of a clash to me. Black would be safe, but don't listen to me I never did that well in colour theory in art school

The past is the way forward.

Judging by this I think it would look good:

i think that the brown in the above pic is offset by the black of the frame. black and silver would probably work better, but you can always add brown details.

I think it'll look wicked, the above frame is surely more a gun metal than it is black? Gonna put brown parts onto my build, black is just dull!

i was thinkin about the brooks honey saddle and tape mix as well. but saddle's bit chunky for my liking and leather tape bit expensive.
chargebikes have the spoon xc brown saddle and synthetic leather tape. waiting for that to become available. way cheaper combo.
cant see anythin wrong with silver - leather combo though. but that gunmetal - brown above looks sick!

the leather handlebar wrap looks great on a classic i was going to do that on my gazelle but brooks tape is 30 squid odd too rich for my blood

I think silver frame with brown leather looks real nice
I've got a silver frame and am thinking about what colour i should go for the seat, bar tape, top tube cover etc...
I'm thinking of going for a brown or honey coloured Brooks bits but seeds of doubt have been planted in my head by my brother as to how well they would go with silver.
what do people think?
opinions would be very welcome
thanks!
