As the ride is starting at 12, we still cool for 10? Or maybe 10.30? No idea how long it's gonna take us but I'm guessing it's not going to be 2 hrs!

Dicki...I might come up from Balham if you're Tooting way? Have to see what the boss lady has planned first of course.

Maybe not two hours but perhaps we'd have time for a swift half/sit and eat our food when we got to the start point?

I cycle Hackney to South Ken which is 9 miles and takes 45 mins (gentle pace)so this should only be about an hour tops!

I'm planning on 1.5 hours from Cutty Sark to Kew, and looking to get there for around 11. Weather looks like it could be good; so I'm just going to sit on the green and chill till the off.
If your feeder doesn't nick all my bus passengers, I should have some company. ;-)

D'oh! Shame....
So for all the East Londoners, we meet here on Sat night, stock up on Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Beigels, Chocolate Fudge Cake and a cuppa Tea, before setting off on this route:
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?saddr=Brick+Ln,+Tower+Hamlets,+London+E1&geocode=&daddr=kew+bridge&f=d&hl=en&sll=51.522523,-0.071754&sspn=0.01498,0.031199&ie=UTF8&z=12&om=1
Or something like that. Any other suggested routes are welcome.
