Shimano UN53/73/54 107 JIS.
Campag Mirage/Centaur/Record 111 ISO.
Probably the front runner is the Miche 107 ISO. It's only 1mm off to start with and the cups are adjustable so perfect chainline is readily achievable. And the Miche isn't very expensive.
Or you could splash for a Phil or a Royce....
I'm only passing it on cos it was intended for Project Dolan, but the Witcomb has a more retro vibe and I fancy a Campag.
