The one I've decided to get instead is a v.tasty Brian Rourke SLX and should be a comfortable 24" + lots of seatpost.

I was bidding last week on a old Condor frame that was 66cm!!!
..it did look pretty silly. I figure a thief would most likely not be able to ride/sell it SO less nickable?

I don't credit many thieves with that much foresight. Nick it if you can, if you cant use it or get rid of it = dump it.

Clincher just means that the rims are for normal tyres that use seperate tubes.

i.e. NOT tubulars / tubs / sprints which are glued on..

Yeah - it is tempting front bling but looking again it might be silver not white?

Wiggle have got the newer version of that wheel with a g3 spoke system for £50. Not sure that vento is worth it.

ive decided to go for the Mavic Aksium. they are stronger apparently and
also they have them reduced to to over stock or something so i can get a front one
for 50 without instructions and original packaging. im happy with that:)
