Ok - just got I got stuck at work, so I took my wheels off and checked for you.
On the front I have a Phil Q/R road hub and on the back a Phil bolt-on track hub. The diameter of the hollow axle on these is definitely different. The bolt-on track has a much large diameter and is definitely not compatible with a Q/R as is.
