I had a good one last night of falling off my bike last night
I went to unclip and for some reason my foot didn't come out and i fell on my side.
I though werid it must have been because i was so tired.
then this morning i pick up my shoe and see the cleat was at a 90deg angle.
So somehow the screws fell out while i was riding home.

nearly straigh to flat bottom. That must of hurt.

I think him laying on the ground for a while and making pain faces after getting up are definite proof that it did hurt.. A bit.. :)

I can't find it but I have seen old footage (I think it may be in ride on) where Matt Hoffman does a simlar thing. Toed into a massive quarter pipe bby a motor bike does a massive air and crashes hard. Makes me feel sick thinking about it.
