Looks like the rim should be OK, just a little hole/dent, it's not buckled or anything. I'm guessing the tyre will hold up if you take the screw out. If you're scared of the hole it leaves you could always sandwich a couple of bits of cardboard between it and the tube.
I'd be more worried about that massive crack in your frame if i were you ;)
