Those track ends are custom - done by Jonny Cycles who makes really really nice frames. He used to be quite cheap but now he's established his prices have gone up a fair bit.
daveyc - have to say, 100 quid for an old road frame + spending coinage on fixing dents and respraying hardly seems worth it IMHO, unless you're really in love with the frame.
