Howies, are you based in London?
If you wanted to do market research and get a good look I'm sure a few people with custom bags could swing by your offices.
Custom bags show a variety of features that are unlikely to be found in the mass produced bag. You'd also get to see which of the features of highly spec'd bags people actually use and would prioritise.
All it would cost you is the price of a few beers for those who bought along their bags to show you.
Just an idea.
