Tommy, is that wheel + seat tube + lamp post? Sounds good..

I've always used the rim-only-within-the-rear-triangle method, cos on my Inbred, the clearance between rear wheel and seat-tube is large. You might get both rim and tube together if you're running a 700c wheel with thin tyres and fag paper clearance.
