I've been using one (virtually) every day for the last 3years (the Ultimate with X-strap) and it's a great bag. If I'm gonna be picky, its quite a heavy one, and the velcro doesn't seem as tough as it used to be, but it is one tough bag, and one i'd highly recommend. Any question I can answer about them, ask away.
